I gave Luke hummus on his tray the other day because I needed to prepare food for Cal and Jack instead of spoon feed it to him. These pictures were taken about half way through the cup of hummus he ate. By the end, there was hummus all over his cheeks and over one ear.
2. Playing peek-a-boo and "Sooo big"
I love watching him becoming more independent! He's been playing peek-a-boo with me on the changing table. His two little hands end up somewhere on his face or head....he doesn't quite get that you cover your eyes, I guess.
3. Playing with Calvin and Jack
Luke has started "playing" with Calvin and Jack...to their amusement and frustration. They've started calling him the traffic monster because he climbs over the race track and train track. Thankfully for all of us, Luke's just started pushing trains and cars along the track instead of destroying it!
4. Daddy
Luke wants nothing to do with me when Dan's around. He throws himself out of my arms and scoots as fast as he can to Dan's arms when he gets home. Luke started playing this little game yesterday where he's scoot away from Dan, turn around (and smile), then hurry back to Dan's arms. Repeat. The best part of the whole display was his panting/excited breathing as he was hurrying up to Dan!
We had Luke's year doctor's appointment today, and his weight and mobility all look good. Yeah! So thankful to not need extra appointments for now!
Dan had to climb up the play structure (or "con"structure, if you're Cal) to rescue Jack the other night at Chick-Fila. Dan's mobility is looking good, too.
Wonderful little boys. Thanks for posting! Hugs!
